Install the RTD Systems–approved RustDesk client. These builds are designed to connect to our private infrastructure for secure, encrypted remote support.
Important: If you were not expecting remote support from RTD Systems or you don’t know the person asking you to install RustDesk, do not download and hang up immediately.
Contact RTD Systems through a trusted phone number or our website before proceeding.

Gatekeeper may prompt for confirmation on first run.

Install manually.
Quick Setup
- Download and install the client for your device.
- Open RustDesk → Settings → Network.
- Ensure the ID Server and Relay Server are set to remote.rtdsystems.net.
- Sign in or share your code with RTD Systems support when requested.
If you use pre‑configured installers, steps 2–3 are already set.
Security & Privacy
- All sessions are end‑to‑end encrypted. Our relay cannot decrypt your traffic.
- RTD Systems runs a self‑hosted RustDesk infrastructure; session data and logs stay on our systems.
- Access is protected with organizational policies (e.g., SSO/2FA, role‑based access).
